Booking Policy

Thank you for choosing NTH°. The following policy helps ensure a smooth experience for every client.

Booking Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed only after the requested date and service have been approved by NTH°. Some services may require a signed agreement and a deposit before a reservation is secured.

Deposits

Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit to reserve your date. Deposit requirements will be communicated during the booking process.

Payments

The remaining balance is due according to the terms provided during booking. Accepted payment methods will be shared before your scheduled service.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability. Deposits may be transferred to a new date at NTH°'s discretion.

Late Arrivals

Late arrivals may reduce the amount of time available for your session. If a client is significantly late, NTH° reserves the right to shorten or cancel the appointment while honoring previously scheduled bookings.

No-Shows

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in the forfeiture of any deposit and may require full payment before future bookings can be accepted.

Creative Services

Every project is unique. Final deliverables, turnaround times, and project details will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.

Studio Access

When applicable, clients are expected to respect the studio, equipment, and shared spaces. Any damage caused by negligence may result in additional charges.
